We’re a recruitment agency in Vienna specialized in the recruitment and placement of international workers interested in living and working in Austria. We recruit and place recent graduates as well as experienced professionals with a completed vocational education or professional training in several job fields.
What does the recruitment process entail?
The process starts once we receive your CV and certificates/diplomas so that we can gauge if we have currently have clients (Austrian companies) looking for someone with your skill set. (Please see the candidate information and application form section for more info. about the necessary documents.) This is followed by an interview with us and interviews with potential employers once we’ve determined if we have a match for you.
Once you’ve received a job offer from an Austrian company, we provide assistance with the combined work and residence permit as well as with employment documents, apartment hunting and integrating into Austrian society.
How does Expat Recruitment Solutions support me as a candidate? How will I integrate into my new surroundings?
It is of utmost importance to us that you feel comfortable in your new surroundings and can integrate into Austrian society and culture. We offer a range of options such as expat networks that organize various events. We’re here to help during and after the recruitment process.
The most significant part of our mission is to make you feel supported and understood as a candidate throughout the entire process, with the added value of our expertise. This is achieved by receiving specific solutions regarding the application process and all aspects of living and working in Austria.
How is it done and what essential success factors are involved?
Our work isn’t done once you have arrived in Austria. We connect you with our expat community and professional partners. We offer further support if needed in areas such as finding housing, with officials, orientation and cultural integration along with our professional partners.
As a team of multiple expats, who have lived and worked abroad, we have the intercultural competence to recruit other expats. We speak 8 languages and have lived and worked in 7 countries.
Who pays for your recruitment services?
All of our services are free of charge for our candidates and are paid for by our clients looking for top talent.
Is it possible to stay in Austria long-term as a non-EU citizen?
Yes, your first combined permit is valid for two years, after which you can apply for an extension and then a long-term EU card.
What are my advantages in terms of market know-how?
Our team has been professionally active in various industries for a combined total of more than 20 years, making us your reliable partner in finding your best professional match. Our company was established in 2001, which allowed us to build a vast network on the Austrian market, in which we are specialized in.
Our team is comprised of international experts, who have worked in recruitment companies and Austrian companies in industries such as infrastructure, IT, engineering, pharma, and in roles such as strategic procurement, logistics and HR. We possess firsthand knowledge of the Austrian labor market.
I am not from one of the countries that you recruit from and also have a different occupation to those listed. Can I still apply?
Yes, our approach is different to those of other personnel agencies in that we recruit our candidates from a range of different channels and countries. We aim to find our candidates their best professional match.
